Jason Juxon-Smith was born in Hackensack New Jersey and raised in Sierra Leone West Africa till the age of 8. He moved back to Teaneck N.J. when his homeland was war struck.

He has been a product of the Teaneck Public School system ever since returning and has graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He is now working as an Educator at Thomas Jefferson Middle School as he aspires to be a guidance counselor and ultimately retire as a principal as he progress through my career.

Jason’s hobbies includes learning, playing the Oboe and Saxophone, strength training, music, and nature. He has served as the Vice President and Secretary for the Rho Zeta chapter of Omega Phi Phi Fraternity Incorporated and affiliated with the African Student Association, Men’s Group, and volunteers regularly.
